Weekly Training
The club usually meets every Tuesday to go training around the Cleveland area. The sessions all start at about 6:30pm prompt. They involve a mixture of straight running along track and through terrain, and small fast bursts to put some speed in the legs. They are suitable for most abilities as on the fast parts we always regroup again afterwards. In summer the sessions are in forests or moors around the hills, and in winter when it is darker we run around streets in towns in the area.

- Informal Events. These are small events where only a few courses are on offer.
- Colour Coded Events. These events have a range of courses from short and technically easy courses suitable for children and beginners, up to longer and technically challenging courses for the more experienced orienteer. There should be something to suit everyone here.
- Badge Events. In these larger events you run against people of your own age on a course of a suitable difficulty. It is usually necessary to enter these events in advance although there may be some entries left on the day. There will also be two or three colour courses for entry on the day at these events.
